Shipping may not be possible or additional charges will be applied to International countries in Zone B including Mexico, Brazil that restrict health food imports.
In case of products that are shipped overseas, customers are responsible for customs-related issues.
Shipping and Handling Charges are non-refundable.
For Domestic Shipping, we send the packages by USPS Priority Mail. Your package(s) will arrive in approximately 2-5 business days. For Express Shipping – Please contact our Customer Center by phone or e-mail to request the shipping rates. For International Shipping, please expect to receive your package(s) in approximately 5-10 business days.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

Please contact our customer center to return. Products must be returned within 30 calendar days after purchase. If the packaging of the box is peeled off, return is not acceptable. The box package must not be opened, broken or damaged. The customer is responsible for the Return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

Refund will be less Shipping and Handling charge.
Regarding international Zone A countries, the refund will be less Restocking fee explained below.

** Restocking fee increases $70 by 6 bottles of Capsule Type and 2 sets of Liquid (Drink) Type.
** As to South Korea & Taiwan shipment, prepaid duty will be additionally deducted from the Refund.

c. In case of a partial return, the sum of multiplying the quantity already used by corresponding unit price will be deducted first. Then the balance after deducting either Shipping & Handling charge or Restocking fee will be refunded. For more information, please contact customer center.

For example, 2 bottles of Capsule Type (160 capsules / bottle) returns from 5 bottles purchase.

Step 1: $1,300 (original purchase 5 x $260/unit) less $ 840 (3 used x $ 280/unit) => $460
Step 2: $460 less (Shipping & Handling charge or Restocking fee)
